I acknowledge DPS Foundation Inventory and Accountability Guidelines:

All DPS Foundation funded grants are Dickinson Public Schools property.

Grant recipients must add the provided DPS Foundation labels to materials, supplies, and resources.

Grant recipients must add their materials, supplies, resources, and professional development to inventory as applicable.

If you leave your classroom and stay in your school, you must notify the Foundation if your grant materials will be used in your new grade level/position. The materials must be transferred to your new classroom inventory.

If the grant materials cannot/will not be used in your new position, you must contact the Foundation who will decide how the grant materials will be reallocated within the district.

If you leave your classroom and school, you must notify the Foundation if your grant materials will be used in your new grade level/position AND school within Dickinson Public Schools. The materials must be transferred to your new classroom inventory.

If you leave your position from the district, you are required to notify the DPS Foundation. All supplies, materials, professional development, or applicable resources MUST remain in the district as they are considered district property.
