A Legacy of Support
The Dickinson Public Schools Foundation was founded in 1989 with the mission of raising funds to support educational initiatives beyond the district’s regular budget. A dedicated Board of Directors was formed, bylaws were established, and the Foundation achieved 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. As a result, donations made to the Foundation are tax-deductible in accordance with Section 170 of the IRS tax code, provided they meet the necessary requirements.
